Workflow Manager allows a multilingual Web site to be easily and cost-effectively maintained. It identifies language content that is out of date and enables its rapid translation and update using a user-definable workflow process.
Workflow Manager allows the Web site manager, with no prior linguistic experience, to effortlessly manage the traditionally complex process of keeping a multilingual Web site up to date.
Workflow Manager features a Management Console which detects when a document in the master language has been updated and notifies the manager which corresponding documents in the other languages require translation. At the click of a button, the documents requiring translation are staged down a workflow pipeline then dynamically routed and sequenced to individual translation resources where the actual translation is performed. The Console provides management status and reporting as the translation process ensues and automatically coordinates the delivery of the translated documents back to the Web site for installation and optional review.
The Console also has a built-in version control system which allows previous translations of documents to be restored from an archive.
A built-in translation memory allows existing translations to be reused during the update process further reducing the cost and time required to do an update.
The Workflow Manager works equally well with static and database-driven Web sites.
